sometimes to much only. The guide and the
porters were always thinking about our welfare,
especially when one of us went ill on the third
day and the porters carried her all the way down

For our first time in Nepal it was immense.
Himalayan Waves looked after us all the way. We
had a fantastic time rafting and excellent time
in Chitwan and a brilliant time trekking , it
was hard work but the views well made up for it.

We came to Nepal last minute from India for only
a few days - we were accommodated on very short
notice and had a nice two day trek. It was more
than we expected as we had little training and
no gear . they supplied us well and we had fun
