Mountain Biking
The best way to explore the Kathmandu Valley is on a mountain bike. Mountain biking offers an environmentally sound way of exploring the magnificent country, its landscape and the living heritage. Mountain biking is specially recommended if u wish to explore urban centers of Nepal such as Pokhara and Kathmandu as well as the countryside. This game is in advance for popularity because of the beauties of Himalayan ranges, terraces and the small settlements. One can bike in the ups and downs with the mountain range in the background.

Bungey Jumping
The ultimate thrill of a bungy jump can now be experienced in Nepal at one of the best sites that this sports can boast of anywhere in the world. Nepal's first bungy jumping site is situated 160m. over the Bhote Koshi river, inviting you to experience the ultimate rush in the surroundings of this amazing place. The jump at 160m. is staffed and operated by the most experienced jumpmasters in the business.

The temple of Manakamana lies 125km to the west of Kathmandu. Cable car ride starts at Cheres 104km from Kathmandu on the high way to Pokhara.

Journey to Manakamana can be exhilirating both spiritually and visually. Spectacular views from around the temple area include deep valleys, terraced fields as well as the Manaslu-Himalchuli and the Annapurna ranges.

Hot Air Ballooning

Paragliding
Paragliding is an upcoming sport in Nepal, Places like Pokhara provide an ideal setting for this activity. There is a lot of interest being generated by this adventure sport and many enthusiasts are coming to Nepal just for the purpose of partaking in it. Nepal being a mountainous region provides thousands of options for people who take to this sport in terms of height and views .

Most of the equipment has to brought by the paragliders themselves , although there are a few facilities for these in Nepal itself.

Rock Climbing

Most trekking outfitters offer all the gear you'll need for mountaineering. But for more specific climbing needs, consider coming loaded with your own gear.

Ultralight Aircraft
Ultra light aircraft take off from Pokhara and offer spectacular views of the lakes, mountains and villages. This is an ideal way to see life from a new perspective. The choice of the Pokhara Valley for ultra-light aircraft is appropriate chiefly because of the proximity of the mountains, and the scenic lakes. For those who wished they could fly like birds when growing up, this flight is a must. It might be lonely at the top, but the spectacular view from up high certainly makes it all worth it. Flights are from the Pokhara airport beginning September through June. The flights take place from sunrise to 11 a.m. and from 3 P.M. to sunset every day these months.

Elephant Pole
You'll fly to Kathmandu, where you will stay in a centrally located five-star hotel for the first night. The next day you will fly down to the stunning Tiger Tops Jungle Lodge for three nights. From there you'll travel daily by jeep, river boat and, of course, elephant, as you attend various matches in the World Elephant Polo Championship and be invited to attend evening parties. And then comes the best bit… You will be trained by the experts to play Elephant Polo, then you'll actually participate in the eagerly awaited visitors match in, what we promise, will be the sporting experience of your life. On the fifth day you will fly back to Kathmandu, where you will stay overnight before departing on day six. Please remember this is an exclusive invitation and cannot usually be done!
